a great historical novel, well with reading
very good read
Characters always immediately angry. Stories were interesting but each raced to an ending. Book 3 was my favorite. More effort to develop the characters in the later books.
I love the story & setting, but there are some storyline issues between book 2 & 3 that prevent me from giving it 5 stars.
Not the most complex plot but thoroughly enjoyable
Research was well done and the descriptive passages about the demise of the Tasmanian Aboriginals was thought provoking
Great understanding of early settlers living off the land was well done. They were a tough breed and well presented here by an author who does good research.
